The School Head (SH) upon the proposal of the members of the SPG/SSG Commission on Elections (COMELEC) with the recommendation of the SPG/SSG COMELEC Chairperson, may also issue additional guidelines on the SPG or SSG COMELEC Standard Election Code consistent with the Constitution and By-Laws of the SPG and SSG in Elementary and Secondary Schools to ensure a fair and successful conduct of the elections. 3. The topics to be discussed in the Presidential Election Forum and Campus-Wide Presidential and Vice-Presidential Debates shall be those deemed relevant to the current situation of the student body and shall, likewise, showcase the candidates’ capacities as student leaders. The topics and guidelines for these two events shall be determined by the COMELEC in each school. 4. All public elementary, secondary and stand-alone senior high schools are required to submit the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Students Government Elections for the Schools (CESGE) Form provided in the enclosure together with the complete list of duly elected SPG and SSG Presidents and its officials including their addresses, contact numbers, names and address of schools, name of school head/principal and teacher-adviser. ‘These lists shall be collated by the Project Development Officers (PDO) of Youth Formation, encoded following the enclosed format and forwarded on or before March 19, 2018 to the Schools Division Office, Bataan. 5. The PDO of Youth Formation and Educational Program Supervisor of Araling Panlipunan (AP) together with the School Heads, AP Department Heads and AP District Coordinators are authorized to coordinate and monitor activities regarding to the conduct of the synchronized student government elections. 6.
