ATTRIBUTES AND EFFECTS

Abstract

Indian population has demonstrated drastic shift in cultural pattern that have changed with
societal dynamics been researched in the present paper through examining the human values
taking place in the right based approach in socio-legal arena. There has been an explanatory
flow in the Indian and contemporary world concurring with the cultural aspects that have
evolved in due time and have tendency to affect society at large on multivariate arena.

We have seen the societal influx inclined towards cultural dimensions through tendering of the
human rights values that comes with the cost to marginalized group of society, which in present
papers has been referred to as tribal population. Present paper has also seen multiple rules and
regulations that have been enforced at macro societal level to protect the cultural sanctity of
the beleaguered sect of attributes, however, it is yet to redefine the nature and function of such
legal or policy issues which could have tendered a better result if they were to act in favourable
environment chiefly concerned over the cultural dimensions.

Present study will provide a multi-dimensional approach towards the trends in contemporary
societal regime which yields multi-layered solutions at Indian as well as global order.
