Cream during establishment according to MOVENPICK international
specifications & standardization.
 Developed and managed associates in evaluating, developing and
testing new technologies that resulted in $ 2 million savings in
manufacturing practices.
 Shared in improving all business facilities within 10 years in the Egyptian Ice-
Cream market.
 Initiated and developed new designs for ice-cream cakes, and therefore a new
production line for ice cakes to become a new type of product.
 Fully helped the sales and market departments to produce new market plans
for many new items from (partial ice-cream to cake ice cream and juice.) for the
local & the foreign markets.
 Fully helped MOVENPICK head office in Swiss, the mother company, to
identify and select all middle-east tastes and flavors to meet the consumer’s (s)

to 100 employees in high seasons).
