I. Description
LSS type boiler is automatic natural-gas type Steam generator,which has the
advantages of compact structure, save space, convenient transportation and installation..ect.
etc,it is made up of Base, furnace body, coal economizer, automatic burner, chimney.
The chimney is fully sealed by stainless steel plate,and the micro-positive pressure
combustion is conducive to improving the combustion conditions, improving the
combustion efficiency, eliminating the flue air leakage, reducing the flue loss Q2, and
improving the boiler thermal efficiency.
The gas is sprayed into the combustion chamber by the burner , The natural gas is
sprayed into the combustion chamber by the burner. the flue gas passes through the
furnace, it rises to the smoke box, passes through the coal economizer, and then discharges
into the atmosphere from the chimney.
The electric control system is controlled by a computer. The high and low water levels
control the switch of the water pump, maintain the safe water level, and the steam pressure
control burner switch. The control does not exceed the pressure and is not lower than the
minimum working pressure. The operator only has to turn on the electric control switch to
automatically control the boiler.

II.Characteristics

IV.Installation Instructions

1) installation procedure

1 Ground level check.


The user can set the boiler height according to the actual situation, smash the cement
ground, so that the ground can afford the boiler weight.
2 Boiler Body Installation.
After the boiler body is transported to the installation site, the central line and outline
line of the boiler should be checked to determine whether it is in line with the central
line and outline line of the boiler on the Ground. The boiler shoule be placed stably.
3 Installation of water supply pipes
4 The minimum water level of the water tank must not be lower than the
pump allowed to inhale. The outlet of the water tank should be equipped with a
filter to prevent debris from entering water pump. The high water level of the
water tank shall generally not be higher than the normal water level of the boiler.
5 Steam pipes installation
The main steam pipe shall not be less than one meter in the straight section, and the
bending radius shall be at least four times the diameter of the pipe. The water trap shall be
installed at the lowest point of the pipeline to prevent the pipe from hitting, and the main
steam pipe shall be kept warm.
The relief valve exhaust pipe should go directly to the outside and be firmly fixed.

The drain pipe should be installed at a low point to prevent rainwater from entering the
exhaust pipe.
6 Installation of natural gas supply lines
A. On the burner there are two gas hose joints, the intake and the return gas. It is
only necessary to connect the gas supply pipe and the return gas pipe corresponding to the
daily gas tank.
B. Daily gas sources should be installed near the burner, and the air outlet should be
higher than the burner.
C. To ensure that the burner nozzles are not blocked, the gas should be fitted with
appropriate filters to ensure that the fuel is clean and reliable.
7 Power installation
Install the power supply according to the requirements of the electric control box
instructions. For areas with unstable voltage, a voltage regulator shall be installed.
8 Installation of chimneys
The chimney is required to be vertical, and its horizontal direction should not lead to
a long length, and the chimney's own weight must not fall directly on the boiler. The
chimney height can be determined according to the requirements of the local
environmental protection department. The top of the chimney must be equipped with a
rainproof cap, which is firmly and reliably fixed.
9 Water pressure test
A. When the boiler body and pipes, valves, instruments, etc. are well installed, water
pressure tests can be conducted
B. Before the test, the boiler sundry, closed hand hole, and human hole 10.3 should
be removed. The inlet temperature of the boiler should generally be higher than room
temperature, with a maximum of 70 °C and a minimum of 5 °C. Reliable antifreeze
measures must be in place when the environment is below 5 °C.
C. Water pressure test shall be carried out with clean water. The test pressure shall
conform to the following table:

D.When the boiler carries out water pressure test, the water pressure should be
raised and lowered slowly. When the water pressure rises to the working pressure, the
lifting pressure should be suspended to check for leaks or anomalies, and then the pressure
should be lifted to the test pressure. The boiler shall be kept under test pressure for 20
minutes and then lowered to work pressure for inspection. The pressure shall remain
unchanged during inspection.
10 baking boiler、cooking boiler、Rising Fire
A.baking boiler、cooking boiler
The new boiler should be used before baking and cooking furnace. The purpose of baking
furnace is to dry the insulation layer and avoid cracking. The cooking furnace is to
eliminate impurities and oil pollution in the boiler.
 The burner was burned and stopped for 36 hours to slowly dry the insulation layer.
During this period, the intake(return) valve was always open.
 cooking boiler , take sodium carbonate(Na2CO3)Or trisodium phosphate(Na3PO4、
12H2O ) Made into a uniform solution(liquid), which can not directly put solid into
bolier。

B. Rising Fire
After finishing baking boiler 、 cooking boiler, when the inspection of each part is no
problem, the fire can be raised. The steps for raising the fire are as follows:
 Close the discharge valve and drive in(back) the water valve to water the boiler until it
is full of water。
 Start the burner to make the combustion normal. The temperature must not increase
too fast when the fire rises.

1 the furnace body does not tilt, the water level meter must be straight.

2 every pipe valve, instrument joint does not leak, do not leak steam.
3 install valve exhaust pipes, sewage pipes, drainage pipes must be connected to
outdoor safety.

V. Running operation instruction

1) Water quality requirements

The boiler water quality must comply with the relevant regulations of GB/T1576

-2008 "Industrial Boiler Water Quality", the water hardness ≤ 0.030 mmol/L, the oxygen

content of the water supply ≤ 0.1 mg/L, the water alkalinity of the pot ≤ 20 mmol/L, CL-≤

30 mg/L.

2)preparatory work

1 check the power supply, the voltage is normal.

2 whether the gas source is sufficient.

3 water to the water level, check for leakage.

4 check whether the automatic control is correct position.

5 boiler room should keep clean, should not pile up other sundry,
3)Run Program
1 close the power, start the burner switch, the pressure rises to the highest working
pressure, the burner stops, when the pressure drops to the lowest pressure, the burner
automatically boot, forming a self-control.
2 warm the pipe before the steam supply. Open the steam valve slightly so that
steam slowly enters the tube for 5-10 minutes and begins to supply steam.
3 When the water level reaches a high level, the water pump automatically stops
entering the water, and the water level drops to the lowest level. The water supply pump
begins to supply water and forms self-control.
4 the opening of the burner wind door has been adjusted by the original factory,
generally do not need to adjust, such as running smoke, can properly adjust the wind door,
or adjust the wind pressure, to do not smoke.
5 when the furnace is stopped, the power switch is pushed to the off position, the

steam is discharged, and the water is fed to the middle position.
4)Daily maintenance
In order for the boiler to operate for a long time, in addition to complying with
various safety rules, maintenance must also be carried out according to regulations.
1 the furnace water must meet the National standards, but in the general user
testing conditions are not yet mature, according to specific circumstances can be
stipulated regular discharge.
2 the new furnace should be cleaned before and after operation to ensure water
quality.
3 monthly regular cleaning filters, Burner filters and nozzles.
4 Rinse the meter at least once a day, keep it clean and discharge water at least
once a day.
5 Rinse the pressure gauge bending tube once a day. The broken pressure gauge
should be replaced immediately. The pressure gauge should be checked every six
months.
6 to regularly pull the relief valve lifting handle for the exhaust test, every
month should also increase the steam pressure for an automatic exhaust test, the safety
valve check once a year.
7 Boiler operation 2-3 weeks should be a check, check for valves, pipes and
other places there is leakage, pump work is normal.
8 After every 3-6 months of operation, the boiler shall be shut down for a
comprehensive inspection. In addition to the first work, the following work must be
done.
A. Remove boiler scale and sludge and wash with clear water.
B. Check for corrosion.
C. Wet maintenance is available for up to one month:
After the furnace is stopped, put the water out of the oven, rinse the interior, reenter the
water until the water is full, then heat the furnace water to 95 °C, let the gas in the
water drain out of the oven, and then close all valves. Wet maintenance should not be
used in cold climates.
9 stop the furnace for more than one month to use dry maintenance:

After the furnace is stopped, let the water out of the oven, rinse it internally, dry it with
micro-fire, and then use 10-30 mm block of quicklime 2-3kg / M3(calculated according
to the volume of the pot) into a non-damaged plastic bag with the bag mouth open.
From the empty pipe mouth(or human hole) into the furnace, take care not to make
direct contact between the quicklime and the boiler metal. Check it every three months.
If the quicklime is broken into powder, it must be replaced. When the boiler is
reoperated, quicklime should be removed.

5)Boiler cleaning method

1 daily cleaning: open the discharge valve, put dry furnace water, with
high-pressure water gun flush.
2 Cooking stove:
First release the furnace memory water, inject 10 % dilute hydrochloric acid solution
into the furnace to the normal water level, soak for about 120 minutes, when the
solution in the furnace is no longer bubbling, indicate that the scale has been removed,
drain dry acid water, and then use 0.5-10 % solution bubble for 60 minutes, Rinse with
water three times after draining, wash and cook. After the drain is washed, it can be
used normally.
6) Our boiler is fully automatic control.
Boiler should have a certain electrical basis, failure, please according to the full
automatic control cabinet manual requirements for careful inspection, if the failure can
not be resolved, please contact our company.

1 When the user needs to inquire about the technical information about the LSS
series automatic vertical fuel(gas) boiler, the contract number and the general figure
number shall be stated.
2 when querying the quality of the boiler number.
3 if the user has transferred to the boiler, it should transfer all the information
documents at the same time.
4 The boiler inspection, repair and accident situation must be recorded in the
boiler safety technical file.
