DESIGN DOCKET – SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Teams are required to follow the following procedure to submit the Design Docket to BAJA SAEINDIA
Submission Email (To:) bajasaeindiacommunications@saeindia.org
Subject Team ID_College Name_Design Documents.
CC/BCC Do not mark CC/BCC to any other email id. No claim of submissions will be entertained if team fails to follow the
guidelines.
Last Date of Submission Pithampur: 30th Dec 2018, 11:59:59hrs;
Ropar: 17th Feb 2019, 11:59:59hrs.

Note:
1) Refer Rule book Article 3: ENGINEERING DESIGN EVENT for details about the above mentioned documents.
2) Total file size of the mail: Not to exceed 15mb.
3) No. of submissions: The first mail of Design Docket submitted by the team will be considered as final. Subsequent submissions will
not be entertained/ considered. Hence teams are requested to ensure they submit the final docket well before time to avoid
inconveniences.
4) Acknowledgement/ Confirmation will be sent to you, prior to the event by BAJA SAEINDIA.
5) Any delays in submission of Design Docket will not be entertained and your Docket will not be considered for evaluation.
