Photographer Bryson Leidich will provide professional services at the First Communion. Each child will be photographed
at the moment of the sacrament with the priest at the altar. At the end of the ceremony the full group of children will be
photographed along with members of the school and the clergy. This form is how you order copies of those photographs.

The church requests that you refrain from trying to photograph your child during the service to avoid disruption.
