We, fourth year BS Management Accounting students currently enrolled in Act13 –


Management Consultancy with Project Feasibility Study, are currently engaged on the
feasibility of a company putting up an ice cream factory in Angeles City entitled JCT
Creamery, Inc. as partial requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Science in
Management Accounting.

This emphasizes the likelihood of offering organic ice cream made of local and native
ingredients to promote innovation, patronization of local goods, and health.

A vital prerequisite for this project is to make sure that all activities prior in subsequent to
organization are in compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. In this case, we
would like to request your good office for a certificate of registration for taxation
purposes.
