Component 1: BSS (Business Simulation Software)

Main objective: The main objective of this component is to empower the students in the area of
entrepreneurial decision-making by providing them with a simulated virtual environment,
establishing a connection between practical and theoretical learning in the fields of
entrepreneurship and management.

Time of implementation: 2 years (Year 1 – Creating and testing the software, collecting and
developing scenarios and filling in the database; Year 2 – implementing the software during the
classes to each of the institutions ion subjects in the areas of entrepreneurship and management;
collecting evaluations and proposing changes-adding scenarios)

Specific objectives:

- To increase the creative, decision-making capabilities of students in the fields of

entrepreneurship and management
- To present the practical significance and complexity of the decision-making process for
companies to students
- To enhance competitiveness and entrepreneurial spirit among the students
- To motivate students to think creatively and “outside of the box” when faced with practical
situations requiring quick and adequate response
