I sincerely apologize for late submission of my application for graduation. I was

not able to submit on time, January 31, 2019 . This was caused by hectic schedules
and financial problems because we still have to pay some expenses in our
department before they could sign our clearance. Unfortunately, my parents cannot
give the payment immediately because of our poor status. Lastly, I and my co-
members in thesis had a little problem in our thesis requirements that is why our
approval sheet for the thesis was signed late by the panels.

I promise that the same mistake shall never happen again in near future. I am
hoping for your kind considerations.
