Background information of the interviewee: Santa Claus is described to be a joyous,
white-bearded man in red clothing. He is a “mythical” figure who secretly brings gifts to
kids during Christmas Eve.
Purpose of the interview: To satisfy the curiosity of people who keep on asking
questions about Santa, especially when the Christmas season is already fast
approaching.

Questions:

I. Exploration/Fencing Stage
1. People call you differently. How do you want to be called?
2. With the coming of Christmas in few hours, how are you feeling right now?

II. Interaction Stage

1. Do you give gifts to children who are on your “naughty” list?
2. What are the most interesting requests have you received?
3. What device are you using to get to every child’s house?
4. How do you enter houses without chimneys?
5. Do you have any supernatural ability that you are able to send all gifts in
one night?
6. Why aren’t you delivering presents to older people?
7. Is there something that you are not excited about during Christmas?

III. Termination Stage

1. Why are you doing what you’re doing?
2. Have you thought of stopping your work?
3. Do you have any words for those people who doubt in your existence?
