TASK 2

In this task the students are going to learn how to give advice and suggestions, and

also the structure and some expression they need for this topic. Thus, students will develop

their speaking skills through giving advice and suggestion.

Goal:

 Develop speaking skills (communicative).

 Learn the structure and the vocabulary about how to give advice and suggestions

depending on the situation (language and cultural awareness).

The input I have for this task are some cards where students can find some problems, for

example:
TASK 3

The activity will be in pairs. Every group will have a card with a problem. The

students will have 15 minutes to prepare a short dialogue taking into account the problem in

the card; they will give some advice to their problem in the card. Then, they will do a role-

play in front of the class about the dialogue they prepared.

The role of the teacher in this activity would be as planner, manager and socializing

agent.

On the other hand, the students play a role as involved in a social activity, since they

prepared a dialogue in pairs and they also exchange ideas.

The chosen activity can be carried out in a traditional classroom and is designed to be

worked in pairs. The seating arrangement would be semicircular. The students would have 15

minutes to prepare the dialogue and to do the presentation they would have 3 minutes.
