Subject: UNPAID LEGAL FEES

Dear Mr. Dela Cruz,

On December 1, 2017, your company and our firm entered into a Legal Retainership Agreement.
On the same Agreement, you agreed to the following provisions:

“2. Monthly Retainer Fee and Mode of Payment: Fifteen Thousand Pesos
(P15,000.00/month, to be automatically deposited to our BDO Bank Account, President’s Avenue
Branch, Parañaque City, Current Account Name: GLOM Law Offices, Current Account No.
123456789, not later than every 15th day of every month, without need of notice/demand
therefor.

3. Period and Renewability: This Legal Retainership Agreement shall continue to be in

effect, without need of yearly renewal, unless terminated in writing, by either party, within thirty
(30) days before the intended termination date.”

We were informed that your last deposit was made on April 15, 2018. If you wish to terminate
our Agreement, please write back to us. Our final invoice for services rendered is enclosed. It was a
pleasure serving you, and we wish you the best in all your future endeavors.
