RE: COMMENT OPPOSING THE PAROLE OF PERSON DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

To the Executive Director:

I have received a letter dated January 18, 2019 for the possible grant of parole in favor of
__________________, the Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL). I would like to express my vehement
objection for the possible grant of parole for the reason that the PDL has previously violated the TRO
issued against him and that there is still the possibility that he will threaten me or commit another
crime.

I also believe that the PDL has not been truly reformed and is still a threat not only to me but
also to the community if he is released for parole.
