I have had the pleasure of supervising Kelsey throughout her employsent.. TTL is a community mental health agency that provides therapeutic services to a variety of consumers with mental health issues. Kelsey works as a behavior technician in our Autism Program providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children 21 years of age and under. During this tine Kelsey has shown a great interest in learning about the ‘techniques and interventions in ABA and frequently seeks out supervision and training opportunities. Kelsey has built 2 great rapport with her Consumer's and their families and has been a model behavior technician for other staff. Behavior Technicians are required to take extensive data and notes throughout the sessions with their consumer.
