INFORMATION

The Undersigned accuses LADY TREMAINE of the crime of Serious Illegal Detention, committed as
follows:

That on or about the 15th of January 2017, in Manila, Philippines, and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, who is a private
individual, without authority of law and by means of force, did, then and there, willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously deprive PRINCESS CINDERELLA, of her liberty, prohibiting her
from leaving the attic of her house, located at 12 Midnight Street, Sampaloc, Manila,
thereby depriving her of her liberty during the aforesaid period of time, to the damage
and prejudice of said offended party.

I hereby certify that a Preliminary Investigation in this case was conducted by me in accordance
with the law; that I examined the Complainant and here witnesses; that there is reasonable ground to
believe that the offense charged had been committed and that the accused is probably guilty thereof;
that the accused was informed of the Complaint and of the evidence submitted against him and was given
the opportunity to submit controverting evidence and that the filing of this Information is with the prior
authority and approval of the City Prosecutor.
