Good day.

This is an explanation of my absences on dates September 6 and 13, 2017. My original schedule on the
Summer Apprenticeship is on Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm, but I swapped schedules with Ms. Raisa
Marasigan, who was originally scheduled on Wednesdays, 1:00-5:00pm. The reason why I was not able
to attend said dates is due to the fact that I intend to render my apprenticeship outside the school on the
summer vacation.

I kindly ask your permission regarding this matter. I am hoping for your understanding and
consideration.
