Accounting Clerk

 Job Description
1. Provides clerical and accounting assistance to the accounting department
2. Prepares and files accurately accounting records and documents
3. Prepares bank deposits, statements and general ledger postings
4. Daily encoding of key data of financial transactions in database
5. Determine and restore accounting or documentation problems with discrepancies
6. Support accounts payables to ensure efficiency and accuracy of invoice creation and
entry
7. Performance of monthly bank statements

 Job Specifications
1. Proven accounting experience; Accounts receivable clerk or accounts payable clerk
suggested
2. Ability with basic accounting procedures and bookkeeping
3. Proficiency in MS office, accounting software and other related databases
4. Hands-on familiarity with spreadsheets and financial reports
5. Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
6. Requires 2 years of experience
7. High School Graduate
8. Associate Degree in Accounting is a plus

General Accounting Supervisor

 Job Description
1. Prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecast
2. Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
3. Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
4. Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce cost
5. Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities
6. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
7. Participating in tax audits and payroll
8. Arranging budget reports

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
2. Requires 2 years of experience
