Depression. Expected to make landfall over Samar island this afternoon. Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to occasionally heavy within the 250 km diameter of the Tropical Residents in areas under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TCWS) 1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides.
