Basic Recipe....for a little more of a "grown up" cheesy taste opt out of the "processed" cheese as stated and substitute for a 3-4 cheese option
to suit your palate. Suggestions like Swiss, fresh parmesan, gorgonzola and strong cheddars. Basic Béchamel and add in grated not cubed
cheeses as someone else mentioned and voila fantastic mac and cheese.

I'm no wizard in the kitchen, I love to read the recipe and watch the video to avoid any unnecessary errors, especially when I need to follow
the recipe in a precise manner. Also I find it helpful to see the tools and pans used. :)
