Problem Solving Strategies

The key to most of my problem-solving strategies is simple. Be flexible. By increasing
flexibility, I have grown as a professional by realizing that student learning is more
important than a strict schedule.

Effective Collaboration with Colleagues

While at Pittsburg State University and at my placements I have developed skills for
effectively collaborating with my colleagues including communicating appropriately.

Experience
Student Teaching
January 2, 2019 through May 6, 2019. I will gain first-hand experience planning and
executing lessons fit for first grade.

Internship
During my time at my first-grade internship placement I gained valuable experience in
the classroom through the hands on teaching I was able to carry out. I taught
mathematics, reading, spelling, and social studies to first-graders at various times during
the semester with the guidance of supervising teacher in the classroom.
