Subject: Two weeks vacations for sister marriage

I am really aware that the vacation in October is not normally granted as this is ending of year and it is
near to the closing as well. I always took my vacations in summers from past 6 years but this time in
want vacations in October and the reason behind this is my sister wedding ceremony in Islamabad and I
have to attend because I am the only single brother of two sisters and being elder in my sibling my
attendance is necessary so I will be not available in the town.

I understand the work burden because of closing and normally the vacations is not granted but I request
you to kindly look into this matter and grant me some holidays. I’ll be thankful to you and I am waiting
for your positive response.
