• Sleeping in class
• Eating in class

• Using a cell phone during class

• Bringing toys to class
• Getting out of seat without permission
• Talking without raising hand

May need more action like a parent teacher conference or detention.

• Disrupting others/Abusive conduct to others
• Habitual Tardiness
• Unauthorized leaving of class
• Noncompliance
• Defacing school or other’s property
• Harming classroom pets
• Throwing objects

• Using profanity, vulgar language, or obscene gestures towards another student

May require a principal and possible suspension.
• Truancy
• Inappropriate Familiarity (kissing, hugging)

• Possession of a weapon
• Theft
• Cheating, plagiarizing, or lying
• Using racial obscenities

• Fighting with another student

• Teacher assault or verbal abuse
