DOSIMETRY COMPETENCY EVALUATIONS

Dosimetry competencies will be performed during the dosimetry rotation with the dosimetrist. The
students will be required to complete the competency with a score of 100%.

The following is a checklist of all competencies that must be completed at the finish of the dosimetry
rotation. The procedures must be performed without assistance but checked by a dosimetrist. The clinical
instructor should initial each procedure when completed.
