Find IDl by analyzing minimum 7 blanks(2%HNO#),calculate the IDL by multiplying the stdv by students t
for the particular number of distribution

Spike 3 to 5 times of the IDl in the sample matrix or in the sample and undergo all the method process

Analyse

Calculate the mdl by multiplying the stdv by students t

Conditions

Select recovery b/w 70 to 130%

MDL should be b/w 1 to 10 times of spike conc
