Page 2 defines the rhomboid packing of the stars. This is defined by tiling rules. To tile correctly, a star center occupies each
corner and the center of each side. All major layout radii are identical. No problem.

Page 3 Finishes the tiling of all of our stars. No problem. Check the layout at this point to see that all circles touch.

Page 4 Is an observation. We will need to divide each of these circles into 20 divisions for the 10 point stars. This layout has
already done some of the work for us. The orange line is a side of a pentagon in every layout circle. We just need to step off the
sides around each. If that does not work, there is a problem somewhere. Best to find it and fix it now. Page 5 is just a clean up

Page 6 is the division of the circles with two pentagons, using the side defined by the layout. Page7 is just repeating for all circles.
Page 8 is a visual clean up. I greyed out the layout we have completed.
