power 969 MW Plant and its associated structures according to the approved drawings,
standards and specifications.
Ensured Quality of Hydraulic Installation work of Auxiliary systems which includes cooling water
system, compressed air system, oil system along with the installation of HVAC & firefighting
systems as per drawings and specifications.
Ensured Quality of Installation works of Open channel streams and closed channels of power
house, Water treatment plant and residential colony as per drawings and specifications.
Responsible for maintaining all technical support and compliance with other departments and
engineering staff.
Supervised testing of all hydraulic systems recommending solutions while creating and
maintaining thorough reports.
Maintained all logs concerning design drawings models and Bill of Materials.
Ensured Quality of welded sections of penstock, Outlet and Manifold Gates, spiral case, stay
ring & piping systems by non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
Assisted the Resident Engineer in maintaining the records, managing the workforce & resolving
the matters related to electromechanical erection by holding co-ordination among consultant
and contractor personnel. Onsite review of designs, drawings and method statements according
to contract documents and standards (ASME, ASTM, ASH RAE, GB, DIN etc.
Prepared Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Instructions (SI) and Field change requests
(FCRs) as per requirement.
