‫االهداف‪:‬‬
‫بعد االنتهاء من هذه الدورة التدريبية‪ ,‬سيتمكن المشاركون من‪:‬‬

‫اعطاء تعريف لمفهوم المشكلة‪ ,‬و تحليل المشكلة‪.‬‬ ‫‪‬‬

‫ممارسة تحليل المشكلة الى اسبابها الجذرية‪ ,‬و عواقبها و تأثيراتها‪.‬‬ ‫‪‬‬
‫تطوير شجرة مشكلة لدراسة حالة عملية‪.‬‬ ‫‪‬‬

‫المنهجيات‪:‬‬

‫’‪ 20‬الترحيب بالمشاركين في الدورة التدريبية بعنوان (تحليل المشكلة)‪.‬‬

‫تعريف المشاركين بتفاصيل هذه الدورة التدريبية‪.‬‬
‫تقديم المعلومات عن طريق عرض الشرائح‪ ,‬و اعطاء فرصه لعملية العصف الذهني و طرح االسئلة و اضافة معطيات‬
‫جديدة من قبل المشاركين‪.‬‬

‫’‪ 60‬دراسة حالة – تحليل المشكلة‬

‫الوضع بعين االعتبار لدى المشاركين بانهم سيبدأون بتطبيق كل مرحلة من مراحل دورة حياة االدارة القائمة على‬
‫النتائج على دراسة الحالة الخاصة بهم‪.‬‬
‫توزيع تعليمات دراسة حالة تحليل المشكلة على المجموعة‪.‬‬
‫تزويد المجموعات بالمصادر التي يحتاجونها‪.‬‬
‫اعطاء كل مجموعة مساحة كافية على الجدار النشاء دراسة الحالة الخاصة بها على مدار ايام الدورة الخمسة‪.‬‬
‫اعطاء المشاركين الوقت الكافي لتطبيق تقنية تحليل المشكلة على دراسة الحالة الخاصة بهم و بناء شجرة مشكلة على‬
‫الحائط‪.‬‬
‫السماح لكل مجموعة باالطالع على ما توصلت اليه المجموعات االخرى و اعطائهم تعليقات عن تحليالتهم‪.‬‬
‫اعطاء كل فريق عشر دقائق للتفكير في شجرتهم بناءا على تعليقات باقي المشاركين عليها‪.‬‬

Aim: To enable participants to use the problem analysis technique.

Objectives:

After the end of this session, participants will be able to:

 Give a definition of problem, problem analysis

 Practice analyzing a problem into root causes, problem and consequences or impact
 Develop a problem tree for a practical case study

Methodologies

Welcome participants to Problem analaysis session. 20’

Introduce the session to participants

Present the information on the slides, and allow brainstorming, questions and input from
participants

Case study- Problem analysis 60’

Explain to the participants that from now they will start to apply each stage of the RBM
cycle on their case study.

Distribute the case study- problem analysis instructions to the group

Provide the groups with the needed resources

Allow each group enough wall space to construct their case during the 5 days

Allow participants time to apply problem analysis on their case study, and to construct the
problem tree on the wall

Allow groups to visit all other groups and give them feedback on their analysis

Allow groups another 10 minutes to reflect on their tree based on the feedback.
