2. S-a agravat starea pacientului?
3. Pe langa activitatile de ingrijire pe care trebuie sa le faceti la caz, vi se
cere sa faceti si alte activitati extra? (ex: spalatul scarilor in bloc)
4. Primiti regulat banii de transport si SVA de la familie?
5. Turnusul/Turnusurile din luna curenta sunt: ____
6. Sunteti multumita de compania noastra? (Daca da, cereti sa va dea in
scris pe mail, prin mesaj pe telefon, pe facebook, whatsapp, oriunde. Faceti
screenshot si trimiteti la Victoria/Bogdan)

Se completeaza informatiile in fisierul „Phone Consulting.“

Fisierul se actualizeaza regulat cu ingrijitoarele noi si cele demisionate. Se adauga cele noi, se sterg
cele vechi.

Targetul este monitorizat si trebuie sa fie 5 ingrijitoare/saptamana.

In campul de comentarii se scrie pacientul la care e ingrijitoarea si daca totul e ok sau daca se plange
de anumite lucrurie care sunt acestea.
1 data pe luna, dupa ce face Victoria statistica se da mail si se spune in general care e situatia „Din 40
ingrijitoare sunate, 10 sunt nemultumite pt ca nu primesc banii in mana....“
