Dear Jorge

I recently returned from traveling with your airline on January 4 on flight IB1530 from Lima to
Barcelona with a connection in Madrid, during that flight I had many problems.

First, the flight was substantially delayed without an apparent explanation and this caused the loss
of my flight and I had to spend one night at the airport waiting for the other, apart from that, I had
to spend my money to buy that flight.

Second, I had problems with my luggage, they returned me after 4 days, in that luggage I carried
important things, one of them was my camera, it disappeared.

My vacations were quite affected because I work with my camera and I do not have it, their
service was really terrible, I want my compensation for the camera and for my flight.
