(5 to the power of 2) 3 (5x5) x (5x5) x (5x5) 5 to the power of 6

(8 to the power of 3) 2 (8x8x8) x (8x8x8) 8 to the power of 6

(x to the power of m) n x to the power of mxn

Well the 5 is the number that you will be multiplying. 2 is how many 5’s will go inside the

parenthesis. And 3 is how many times you will put them. Ex. (5x5) x (5x5) x (5x5)

Tickets cost $8 They sell 53 all together They make $424

Four plus three times two 4 + 3 x 2 = 4+10 = 10

Answer is 10 not 14

I think she could've gotten 14 because she did 4 x 3 + 2


Synthesis

(Picture is problem 5) In this problem set I didn’t really get confused just on the last problem.

We did it in class so I got help with that but besides that that's it.
