We are pleased to quotate magnetic compass service on mv " Wehr

Nienstedten" at San Antonio.

Service description and fee as follow:

Brief about magnetic compass adjustement.

1.- Vessel alongside :

Together with Navigation Officer or Mate on duty :

Open the binnacle

Get 2 or 3 deviation practical figures and numbers getting the first
deviation curve main parameters .
Check the condition of magnets installed in the Binnacle .
Check the Flinders Bars conditions, also check the negative magnetization.
Check the Spheres and her condition ( magnetization) .
Dismounting the liquid mag. Compass .
Checking vessel records of the parameters of magnetic conditions at the
place of vessel constructions, ( Parameters H )

2.- Ashore .

Refill the the mag. compass with liquid. mixture if bubles, according
with USA IMO last Regulations .

At place free of magnetic disturbances, Test of sensibility and stability

of the liquid mag.compass .

In case the liquid compass is in good condition , to issue an Sensibility

and Stability Certiticates valid per one year from date of the Proofs.

3.- On Board :

Annalisys of Compass records done by deck officers during last years /

minimum 1 years period ) .
Change the magnets if it is neccesary .
Getting a Deviation Curve .
Get ans issue a new deviations and a new deviation curve .
Validity per one year from Inspections date .

FEE: usd 800 + iva.

We need service order 1 day before vessel arrival.
