Amaravati HappyNest – Step by Step Guide for Booking a Flat

General Instructions:

1. The website (www.happynest.live) is best operable in Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer

and other standard software platforms
2. Please make sure you have good internet connection while making the payment
online.
3. Please keep your personnel details such as permanent address, Pan Card Number,
Aadhar Card Number handy while proceeding for the booking.
4. Please note that booking of the apartment is completely online process only and
offline process is currently not available. The payments shall be made using only the
net banking or credit card or debit card through CC Avenue payment gateway
platform.
5. Please note that the bookings are open for blocks A, B, C only from 9th November
2018, comprising of 300 units. For more details please visit here.
6. The booking shall be confirmed only after the payment is received from the customer.
Expressing interest using ‘submit interest’ tab in the website donot configure any right
to the customer on the unit and does not imply reservation of flat or pre-booking in
any manner.

Step by Step Guide for Booking a Flat:

Step 1: Please visit the master plan & floor plan sections here to understand the overall master
layout, site plan of the happyNest project, typical floor plan layouts & unit plans for respective
sizes.

You may choose the size of unit, which you intend to purchase the apartment.

Step 2: Please visit the Book Your Flat section, to initiate booking process

Step 2: Please select particular block as per your interest:

Step 4: Please Select Particular Unit as per your interest:

Step 5: Once the 3D Walkthrough of the unit is done, the pricing (excl. taxes) is displayed on
the right side of the unit:

Step 6: Please click ‘Proceed to Book’ tab for the detailed pricing of the flat:

Step 7: Please fill your details in ‘Proceed To Book’ tab:

Step 8: You shall be directed to Payment Gateway:
