Said commitment is dependent on the matching funds being successfully raised for the project by the coordinators known as CitySpace, Inc. ‘The Community Preservation Committee is committed to bond for this project the amount necessary for the project to be fully funded based on the estimates provided by Kuhn Riddle Architects for this project as of this date.
