MODULES DESCRIPTION

There are five modules designed in the Digital Studio Management System.

1. Customer Details
2. Supplier details
3. Product Details
4. Delivery Details
5. Invoice Details

Customer Details:

The Customer details form includes the Customer ID, Customer Name, Customer
Address, Mobile Number and Email ID. These details are allowed to store in the centralized
database.

Supplier Details:

The Supplier details form includes the Supplier ID, Supplier Name, Supplier Address,
Mobile Number, Email ID and GST Number. These details are allowed to store in the
centralized database.

Photo Details:

The Photo details form includes the Photo code, Photo Name, Photo category, Photo
Quality, Photo Size, Photo Description and Photo Charges.

Delivery Details:

The Delivery details form includes the Delivery Number, Delivery Date, Customer ID,
Photo Code, Order Details, Delivery Address, Number of Quanity, Rate per quantity and Total
amount.

Invoice Details:

The Invoice details form includes the Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Delivery Number,
Customer ID, Customer Name , Total amount, Tax percentage, Tax amount and total net
amount.
