BANK GUARANTEE

1. we …………………………………… undertake to pay the amount of Rs three lakh and ninety thousand
rupees only to Dayanand medical college and hospital , Ludhiana without any demur, merely on
demand by priniciple , DMCH, LUDHIANA without any objection on account as balance fee of DR
Gurpreet kaur D/O Sukhdev R/O Mohalla gobind pura khera road phagwara district kapurthala. The
liability under this guarantee shall be restricted to an amount not exceeding Rs three lakh ninety
thousand only.

2. We are liable to pay guaranteed amount if a written claim or demand is served upon us by
principal, DMCH,LUDHIANA.

3. The beneficiary should see confirmation of issuance of the guarantee from controlling office of
issuing branch , which is situated at……………………………………….

4. We ……………………………undertake not to revoke this guarantee during its currency except with the
previous consent of principal of DMCH Ludhiana.

5. Notwithstanding anything contained herein above our liability under this guarantee is restricted to
Rs three lakh and ninety thousand only and shall be relieved discharged of all liabilities under this
guarantee after 1st june 2018.

6 .Notwithstanding herein above stated , our liability under the guarantee is limited to three lakh and
ninety thousand rupees only and a written claim arising out of the guarantee is must be lodged with the
bank on or before after which the 1st june 2018 liability of the bank would be extinguished.
