people are faced with the fact that at a certain point work ceases to be enjoyable. What liked to do before, become annoying. You have to force yourself to go to work. All this suggests that the employee comes professional burnout. In some cases, special treatment is required that can return people to a normal state and eliminate the signs and causes of the syndrome. Burnout syndrome is a process of gradual loss of energy, manifested in a state of exhaustion, physical fatigue, personal detachment and reduced satisfaction with the execution of work. It is considered the result of stress in the workplace. Feedback from the manager, supervisor or colleagues is necessary for the prevention of burnout. It matters, both negative assessment and positive. The absence of any assessment of labor activity, i.e. unemotional, even attitude reflects in the worst way the results of work. “Unnoticed,” that is, people who are not evaluated in any way, start to work worse and worse as a result of the reduction in the strength of the motive to the work being done, since they believed that no one needed it. Also, It is necessary to avoid assessments of the whole person as a whole, both positive and negative (“You are well done”, “You do not understand anything”). And accordingly, to evaluate only specific actions or activities in connection with a specific task. With a positive assessment of actions, a person realizes that not everything has been done and success is not a reason for stagnation; with a negative assessment of actions, he does not lose confidence in himself, the motivational potential does not decrease, he understands that failure can be overcome, because he has enough opportunities for that. Material incentives effectively and stably motivate in case labor results can be measured quantitatively. Mental work is extremely difficult to assess in figures and indicators, therefore, material incentives for knowledge workers can be perceived as an expression of the personal relationship of the manager. This, in fact, is also not bad, as long as this attitude is perceived as positive, i.e. before the first material deductions. So, among all decisions, we decide to choose option 3, because it will help our employees and increase company`s productivity.
