To install on PLC:

1. Power to PLC
2. Connect USB cable from PLC to Computer (check that switch is in program)
3. Open CCW
4. Open project

1. Double click on micro830 or different model

2. Press Connect (find the plc on the browser)- check that there is connection with the
USB (in properties)
3. Click download
4. Change the mode switch to run (two lights should be on)
5. Disconnect

To replace program with new program:

1. Power to PLC
2. Connect USB cable from PLC to Computer (check that switch is in program)
3. Open CCW
4. Open project
5. Select Working Bits on left side of screen
6. Select Build from top menu bar
7. Select Micro 830 from left side of screen
8. Select download

To install on HMI:
-Power HMI
-Set date and time
-Connect USB stick with the .cha program
-File Manager
Source – Internal change to USB
Highlight file, copy to internal
Change source back to internal storage
Set as Start-up
Press Run
Press Main
