Hello, this is a medical research comparing two medications in preventing one type of headache.

Each patient takes only one medications. Each patient was asked about the severity of pain on a
scale from 0-10, the frequency of the headache attack per year, and the Duration of the headache
attack per hour. Each patient was asked about these three variables before they started taking the
medication and then was asked again after taking the medication, for a minimum of three months,
to see if there is any improvement or not.

In the following sheet, I would like please to compare the pain severity , of both medications,
before and after taking them by using the Pearson’s chi square test. Also, the average reduction rate
of pain score for each medication. Moreover, the mean score of pain before and after. Adding to it
an explanation with appropriate graph. I would be grateful if you could find the P- value.

For the duration and frequency, I would like to compare both medications before and after taking
them using Pearson Correlation for normal distribution or Spearman Correlation for skewed
distribution. Also, the same as previous, the average reduction rate of duration and frequency for
each medication before and after taking the medication. Moreover, The average attack before and
after , and the average duration before and after. Adding to them an explanations with appropriate
graphs.
