4. When and why did the owner decide to start this business?

They said farming was a good idea. There business started way back January 2015. They decided to
proceed in this kind of business because of poverty and lack of money.

5. Why did the owner think it was a good idea to start this business that particular kind of business?

There business was inspired by his father who gave his rice field. From that day they decided to
create it as a busines to help there family in the midst of poverty.

6. How did the owner find out what local people wanted?

They found out that every human needs food especially rice. So they believe that selling rice can be
there business because they have ricefield.

7. What strengths or assets did the owner use to start this business?( E.g. previous experience,
training,family background,contacts, hobbies.)

They are ridk taker because even they have no assurance about there business but still they
continue. The ricefield was given by his father. They use it as the source or supply of the rice to be sell at
people.

8. What problems did the Owner face in setting up the business?

They said it was difficult to start a business if there is no budget or amount for capital. They also
share that during harvest , there are many rats and birds who harvest there rice.

Yes, they sell different rice and tahop or as the time goes on there business was enhanced.
