Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
The Challenge has been and continues to be my principal motivation to
overcome goals. The challenge my have motivated me to fight with other
people in diferent areas,

The security has been very important because you must have security in
everything you do to undertake, to do and achieve everything you propouse.
Independence has been important in my life and work training because I can
do the things to way me.

There must be interest in something. It is already fundamental to do

tenaciously pursue an idea.
The competence motivates me not to be conformist with the knowledge and
skills that I have.

The Relationship is necessary between human beings, since from the

relationship, better results are achie

If hard work and consecutiveness define your Lifestyle you will achieve great
things.

Variety is a good incentive not to fall into monototony.

The recognition is there, but if one is simple and humble does not care,
because it is transient.

Money has never been my motivation even if I have had financial difficulties,
the more money the less you want to work and fight.
