BRIEF DETAILS OF CLAIM

The Claimant's claim is for:

1 An injunction to restrain the Defendants [and each of them] by [themselves,] their servants,
employees or agents or otherwise howsoever2 from carrying on or permitting to be carried on at
their premises at [address] the business or undertaking of [manufacturing gas] so as by the
discharge of noxious or offensive vapours or otherwise to cause a nuisance or injury to the
Claimant's property at [address] or to the Claimant or the members of his family or his servants
occupying the same address; and
2 Damages for nuisance together with interest thereon pursuant to [Section 35A of the Supreme
Court Act 1981 OR Section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984]3.
