B. Analysis of Implementation Results Job Practices Industry

1. Analysis Marketing Mix
Paseo is a tissue producer that imports a lot of tissue with international
standards. The company was founded in 1997. Made from 100% virgin pulp
without using an optical brightening agent (OBA). Halal certification on a
product is important that will make it easier for consumers to identify which
products are not said, director of Asia Pulp and Paper (APP).
a. Product
Attractive packaging designs such as cartoon design Hello Kitty,
Doraemon and Looney tuns and others. Paseo includes toilet roll tissue,
facial tissue, napkin tissue and many variants and sizes: 12 roll, 3 play,
10s.3, 250.s, 100.s, 10 roll.
b. Price
The fact is the price that has been set by Paseo products compared
to other tissues, because the quality is better and better and already certified
halal, so many consumers are interested and looking for it. For Paseo tissue,
there is a promo, the price is cheaper, Rp. 8,500, Rp. 12,000, Rp. 13,500,
Rp. 15,100 to the expensive Rp. 61,800.
c. Promotion
Tissue Paseo promotion through electronic media such as
television, Internet and others.
2. Obstacles During The Implementation Job Practice Industry
In carrying out job practice industry activities, practitioners experience
several obstacles, among others :
a. Languages that are less organized when facing consumers.
b. Not so familiar with the products offered.
c. Lack of confidence.
3. Solutions to Overcome Obstacles
a. Get used to speaking Indonesian in accordance with (KBBI).
b. Finding out / ask the boss about the strengths and weaknesses of the product
that will be offered.
4. Results achieved
a. Know the 5 requirements for displaying good items, namely:
1) Easily seen
2) Easy to find
3) Easily retrieved
4) Interesting
5) Secure
b. Able to practice the 3S strategy in dealing with consumers:
1) Smile
2) Say hello
3) Regards
CHAPTER III
CLOSING
A. CONCLUSION
When conducting industry job practices at ABC Swalayan, there have been
many lessons that we can live independently as long as we are far from our parents,
have experience and work ethic in the world of work, can apply the theories taught
in school. Based on the industry job practices that we conducted for these three
months, there are a number of things we can conclude, namely :
1. The industry job practice activities that we did during ABC Swalayan, have
provided customers meaning both in the joys and sorrows of being employees
with various things, such as self and mental preparation and how to serve
consumers well when consumers come.
2. Industry practice jobs can train yourself to be more disciplined, more confident,
and add a sense of responsibility to us.
3. The activity of the industry job practice at ABC Swalayan runs smoothly and
well.
4. Our relationship with employees of ABC Swalayan intertwined.
5. Able to manage time well.
B. SUGGESTION
From the industrial work practices that have been implemented, we expect :
1. to SMK Negeri 1 Rembang
a. Lack of supervision during industry job practice activities takes place from
supervisors to industry job practices.
b. In providing debriefing and theory for industrial job practice to be
reproduced again.
c. Add learning facilities and infrastructure to be easy in the learning process.
2. to ABC Swalayan
a. Improves workplace hygiene
b. Improve good relations in the outside community.
c. Provide direction by using easy-to-understand language.
3. to Students Job Practice Industry
a. We recommend that you prepare yourself first to enter the workforce with
all the demands in the field.
b. We recommend that you establish good relationships with friends or groups
of industry job practices.
c. The loyalty of herd and cohesiveness in one team should always be
maintained.
d. Must study hard.
e. And find out the experience of older brothers who have carried out job
practice industry..
