I. Imposition of Disciplinary Action

1.1 School officials and teachers have the right to impose appro-
priate reasonable disciplinary measures in case of minor offenses or
infractions of good discipline. However no cruel or physically
harmful punishment shall be imposed or applied against the student.
1.2 Suspension/ Expulsion:

For first and other offenses which are not serious in nature an oral
reprimand shall be given to student. However, parents must be PARENT’S CONSENT
informed by the teacher thru the Learner’s Communication Handbook.

1.3. For the first and other offenses which are serious in nature, three (3)
days suspension may be authorized by the principal. Parents must be
informed by the teacher or by the principal of any misconduct done
by learner for which disciplinary action is necessary.
1.4. For the persistent offender or one guilty of a serious offense a
suspension for not more than one (1) week may be imposed. However ,
parents must be informed in writing by the teacher or the school
principal of a misconduct for which disciplinary action is necessary.

Students are expected to come to school before 7:30 in the
morning. A student is considered late if he or she comes after
the flag raising ceremony.
The gate will be closed at 8:10 in the morning and 1:10 in the
afternoon.

2. Leaving the School Campus
2.1 In case of illness/personal discomfort, a learner may go home
but with a parent or guardian to fetch her/him.
2.2 A learner may leave the campus with parent’s permission written
in the Student Communication Book.
3. Reporting to School After an Illness
3.1 The student must present an excuse letter slip with a medical
certificate when he /she is ready to attend classes. If not, an
excuse slip signed by the parent/guardian can be used to
present instead.
3.2 Any student who gets sick with any contagious disease like
chicken pox, measles, sore eyes, mumps and others, is
advised to stay home. He/She is allowed to come to
school only after being completely healed and with
medical certificate/clearance.
4. Special Test
A special test is only given to students who missed
any Summative, Quizzes, Long Test, Quarterly Exams
and Performance Test due to illness or conflict activities like
attending seminars, orientations or being sent as contestants
whether academic or co curricular activities.
5. Interventions to Learners with Failing Grades
Learners who failed in any subject/ failed to comply the
number of school days required by every quarter will be
given interventions by each respective teacher or subject
teacher and should be complied by the learner before the
end of the succeeding rating period or as prescribed by
the teacher/subject teacher that does not collect money/
funds and with consent and approval from the principal.
6. Systems of Communication
6.1 System of Communication
The best means of communication between the home and
school; parents and teachers is the Communication Notebook.
Parents should follow up their children by inspecting and
signing the communication notebook.
7. Identification Card
The School Identification Card is a part of the uniform
and it should be worn every time they come to school in all
occasions.
8. Dress Code/ Haircut

8.1 Daily School Uniform

Learners should come to school in school uniform during _______________
