a marriage according to indian government rules, indian govt. follows personal law,
where a person can follow law of his religion, india being a secular country.
so if a couple opts for marrying according to the govt rules, then in case any
conflict it is the Indian court laws are uppervelant.
on the other hand if a couple opts marrying as per their personal law and simply
get their marriage registered as the government rules, any dispute arises ,
the personal law will prevail.
