Dear Sir or Madam:
Ithas been my privilege to know Mr. Ben Jones for the past seven years. In that time, I have
gotten the pleasure to know him in a professional capacity as a teacher/coach and Athletic
Director.
Ben began his teaching career in December of 2012 with Stapleton Public Schools where I
was the 7-12 Principal. He served as a 7-12 Business/Technology teacher and was assigned
the assistant coaching position in wrestling. Then during the 2013-2014 school year he took
on the additional role of Athletic Director for the school district. Since that time, Ben has
moved onto Blue Hill schools and we have been working hand in hand through his Athletic
Director duties there. In my experience I feel, Ben is a dedicated individual that really cares
about the development of students and student athletes. He works hard every day to try and
make students better, and get them to achieve at their highest level, Ben challenges students
to be their best in everything they do, and does not accept mediocrity out of students. In the
classroom, he is very knowledgeable about Business and does a great job of using and
teaching technology. He started the FBLA program in Stapleton and has continued to grow
the FBLA program in Blue Hill. Ben is energetic and willing to do whatever it takes to make
his job and the students suecessful. As an athletic director, Ben exhibits many leadership
characteristics including but not limited to, organization, integrity, hard work, and
responsibility. When Ben sets his mind to something there is no limit in what he can do for
your school.
For these reasons and his dedication to education it is without reservation that I highly
recommend Mr. Ben Jones for this job opportunity. If you would like more information
please fill free to contact me at 308-470-1261 (cell) or 308-425-6283 ext. 12 (work).
Sincerely,
‘Adam Boettcher, 7-12 Principal/AD
