1. Minimum system requirements and running the application

PC:
* Microsoft(r) Windows(r) XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
* 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor
* 1GB RAM
* DVD-ROM drive
* 1024 x 768 screen resolution displaying 32-bit colour
* Adobe(r) Reader(r) version 7 or above (available from www.adobe.com)
* Windows Media Player(r) recommended for 'Mobile Learning' mp4s
* Headphones or speakers
* Printer

To run the application:

* Insert the disc into your DVD-ROM drive.
* If the disc does not start automatically, navigate to the contents of the disc
and double-click on start.exe.
* The application should now start.

MAC(r):
* Mac(r) OS X 10.6, or 10.7, 10.8
* Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor
* 1GB RAM
* DVD-ROM drive
* 1024 x 768-screen resolution displaying 32-bit colour
* Adobe(r) Reader(r) version 7 or above (available from www.adobe.com)
* Headphones or speakers
* Printer

To run the application:

* Insert the disc into your DVD-ROM drive.
* Navigate to the contents of the disc and double-click on the start file.
* The application should now start.

2. Technical support

If you experience any problems with the disc, please check that your machine
matches or exceeds the minimum system requirements in point 1 above and that you
are following the steps outlined in point 1 above.

If these do not help, do the following:

following information:
 * Operating system (e.g. Windows(r) XP)

* Amount of RAM

* Processor speed

* Sound card or details of sound set-up

* Description of error or problem

* Actions before error occurred

* Number of times the error has occurred

* Is the error repeatable?
