general circulation in Metro Manila, Philippines with business office at Meralco
Avenue, Ortigas, Pasig;

That the summons in the case of SANDY V. DOMINGO, v. ATTY.

PALMARIN E. RUBIO AND ATTY. NICASIO T. RUBIO, was published in
the said newspaper for four (4) times commencing January 15, 2019 and ending
February 28, 2019, a copy of which publication is attached hereinbelow:

That a copy of the above summons and order for publication had been
deposited at the Manila post-office, postage prepaid, directed to Sandy V.
Dominog by registered mail at Manila post-office, January 5, 2019.
