RE: CLASSROOM SIGN – IN AND OUT

Due to recent incidents of graffiti, theft, and wandering students in the hallways, it is
critical that any student leaving a classroom has a teacher’s pass with a date and time on
it. In addition, I am asking all teachers to assist the administration by using the attached
form for students to sign in and sing out of the classroom. Please post this form inside
your classroom near the door, so we can monitor our hallways more closely.

As always, the administration appreciates your efforts in ensuring that Weaver continues
to exhibit an inviting, safe, and orderly environment.
