We need to renew our Food Facility Registration with FDA for RRSSI Plant annually to
continue our Shipment transactions to the United States of America and may not be refused
entry if our food facility registration is renewed properly under the new U.S FDA.

In line with this, we are requesting a budget of $ 495.00 USD for the renewal of Food
Facility Registration with FDA for RRSSI Plant. There are three options for payment as
indicated in the letter. The renewal information:

Payment Due By : October 1, 2012
Annual U.S Agent Renewal Fee : $ 495.00 USD
