Significance of the Study

The findings of this study will contribute to the understanding of consumer behaviour in Iloilo as well as
the different competencies that small retailing firms have in running their businesses. It will also help the
existing and potential retail firms in analysing the management of their business to help them create
opportunities to grow within the local market.
